Antique Maritime Cast Iron Boat Anchor Anchors Andirons This set of antique andirons are solid cast iron anchors from a historical home on Maryland's beautiful Eastern Shore known for the Chesapeake Bay, steamed blue crabs and great antiques which from this finding I'm offering many other decorative and collectible nautical antiques from this sale for auction. Excellent condition. Each andiron is 25" long, 8-1/2'' wide and 17'' tall. Solid cast iron poured in mold to create anchors. Log holders have no heat warping. No Rust to be seen from inspection. Interesting style and design. Each andiron is a anchor that is turned on it's side with one tip cut that serves as part of the footed base and the other tip of anchor is facing center as the rest of the anchor is purposely designed and used as part of the log holder.
