Antique Master Salt Cellar with Cobalt Blue Glass Jar & Sterling Silver Salt Spoon. Master Salt looks like silver and has a couple of touch marks (see photos). The outside looks very nice with only minor wear, and some tarnish. Inside the Master Salt there is damage and flaking on the finish which indicates that the item is probably silver plated and not solid silver. The cobalt blue jar may be hand blown & hand ground which would not be unusual because of the age I think. I do not guarantee it to be hand made, but it appears that way to me. The Sterling Silver (as indicated by the lion mark) salt spoon is just over 2 3/4" long and weighs about 4 Grams. It is marked "D & B" which should indicate Docker & Burn LTD. The other marks are a Lion, an Anchor and the letter Z. I believe the spoon is from England. I don't think the spoon is original to the Master Salt, though it does go well with it. The cobalt jar and the salt spoon are both in good condition. The jar has no chips or cracks. Pretty little piece!
