Antique Master Violet Ray No.2B Quack Medecine Complete Working 3 Wands & Case Album Album Album You are bidding on an antique 1920s Master Violet Ray No. 2B Quack Medicine Machine. It comes complete in the Case with 3 Wands, and It is In very good condition and working order. The box is original dovetail wood but need to be recovered. The cord is in very good condition but a little stiff from age I guess. The Wands Have a Violet Glow When Inserted into the handle and it is turned on. They give mild stimulating electric shock when the wand is applied to the body. This was supposed to be therapeutic. And were touted as curing everything from corns to cancer. Note: This is a working Tesla Coil. If a wand is not inserted into the wand it will arc about an inch from the tip to any conductive surface. So be Careful! Great as a Collectible Antique Quack device for the Collector or Science Enthusiast, Or if you Just like the sensation of electricity playing over your body. Although I don't think I would recomend it. This is an old device and not grounded. However a great medical museuim piece.
