This is a family piece I am selling for my sister-in-laws grandmother! It is an antique 7 piece Tea/coffee service. I am writing that this is silver plate based on the research on the makers mark on the bottom of each piece. I am not a dealer so please ask any questions prior to bidding. Each of the pieces with the exception of the tray are marked with the following: PATENT APPLIED FOR (then a circle with Meriden B. Company and a scale in the middle and 1877. I could not get a good photo of the makers mark but the are obvious to the naked eye. Some of the pieces have additional numbers on them. They will be noted with each item description. This service has not been properly cleaned.It looks to be in great vintage condition. I noticed no obvious dings or dents. This is a very heavy service. Pick up is recommended but I will arrange shipping.Piece 1 is the tray: It is unmarked. The size is 30 inches long from handle to handle. It is 17 1/2 inches wide and it is on feet with makes it stand about an inch and a half high.Piece 2 is the tallest tea pot.
