This is a very good metal with wood bar Liberty Bell piggy bank from around 1919. It has its original key. Good condition with only a little surface paint damage around the edges and some small damage on one side. Stands about 4 ¼" tall and the base is 3 ¾" wide. Has a small brass or bronze plate on one side stating: IONA SAVINGS BANK TILTON N.H. - the bottom of the bank reads: PAT. FEB 18-1919 MADE BY THE BANKERS S&G SYSTEMS CO CLEVELAND O USA 97661. T is no reserve on this item but rather a reasonable opening bid. I will accept PayPal, Bid Pay or a money order and will gladly accept a personal or Company cheque with allowance for ten days clearance. Shipping and handling charges are for the account of the purchaser and will be actual costs.
