BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE SILVER MONOCLE LENS WITH VINTAGE CZECH TOPAZ GLASS BEADED CHAIN ***** ***** ***** ***** ***** "This offering is for 1 delicate antique "silver" monocle with a vintage beaded chain!" The monocle lens is from an antique optometrist set made in "London" circa the late 1800's. The frame on the monocle is either silver or silver plated and it has a beautiful "heart" shaped handle and measures 1.5 inches in diameter. The magnification strength of the monocle is a 5.00+ making it the perfect strength to be utilized as an adjunct reading device or as a mini magnifying glass. The chain is a vintage Czech piece consisting of a mixture of light smokey topaz faceted glass beads and silver links. The chain measures approximately 26 inches in length. The chain is connected to the monocle with an Art Nouveau style silver-plated necklace center piece measuring approximately 1-1/2 inches wide. The piece does not have a clasp closure; it would be worn as a necklace by placing the piece over the head. The length of the entire piece will hang approximately 16 inches when measuring from the nape of the neck.
