Signed and dated, “J. Moran 1905” this early 20th century Oil Painting is on stretched canvas depicts a group of Pueblo Indians and their adobe homes, most likely in Taos, New Mexico. Measuring 21” by 29” this original painting is executed on stretched canvas an comes in a contemporary 25” by 35” frame. ... There is an overall even craquelar to the surface of the canvas and you can see several white arrows pointing to tiny paint flecks. (We can have these professionally restored for the high bidder, if they wish.) There are no other problems or restorations to this authentic, 1905 J. Moran Pueblo Indian Oil Painting, and this auction has been listed with no reserve!
