You are bidding on an Antique Neoclassical Regency Writing Table Desk. This is a RARE FIND due to its size, age and beauty and dates back to the earlier part of the 1900s Circa 1930 American made. This piece was made of THE HIGHEST QUALITY and sits on a beautiful pedestal base with spindle carved cross stretcher with reeded trim work. Each side has beautifully arched legs with brass tipped feet and circualr motifs at the center. It has a single drawer which is all doweled and dovetailed together and is finished on ALL of its sides so it can be placed anyw in a room. It has nicely gilded accent throughout and was done in a beautiful manner of Regency and Neoclassical designs. This piece is made of a beautiful and exotic figured wood grain as you can see in the pictures. This is an EXCELLENT accent piece that can be used in a hallway or foyer, living room, dining room, study and anyw else throughout your home and I PROMISE this will be a topic of conversation and pieces like this are only getting harder and harder to find.
