Antique silver plated chatelaine depicting floral bouquets with gilded highlights within roccoco bordered cartouches. Three suspended sections, terminating in fob clips for attaching accessories. Possibly English or French. No maker's mark. The rear of the chatelaine has a large belt hook and a small loop for suspension from the waist. Silver plating is in superb condition. A beautiful example and a lovely addition to anyone's collection of sewing/household items. Measures 160mm long x 45mm wide. A fantastic example of its kind.
