I'm selling my guest bed which is a fully functional and usable Murphy Bed. The last owner had a custom mattress to fit this frame. Its been slept on a total of about 30 times and it is very comfortable. When folded into the cabinet it measures 55" wide by 20" deep at the base. The tip of the tallest part is 73". The body of the top storage part which detaches for moving is 16 1/2" tall in the storage space with a taller decorative door. The mattress is about 4" more narrow than a full size mattress.
