Wonderful 45 star flag. Commemerates Utah's admission as a state in 1896 and would have been used during the Cleveland, McKinley and Teddy Roosevelt administrations. Also, would be the flag of the Spanish American War. The last flag of the 1800's. This is a parade flag, 14 inches by 21 inches. Made of muslin like material. Has been folded in a box for who knows how many years. Printed on one side but with good color on the opposite side. Good and typical colors and spotty discoloration for its age. Small tears are pictured. I don't believe that this is the common canton. This pattern is more attractive to my eye than the usual alternating row pattern. Would frame and display well.
