Fresh from one of yesterdays farm auctions in Illinois is this beautiful turn of the previous century Bradley & Hubbard Kerosene Store/Saloon commercial lamp. Nice examples of these Store lamps are getting increasingly difficult to locate. I took this down off the ceiling myself and have made no attempt to clean it. It will come to the buyer just as I got it....full of plenty of dust and dirt. I have taken several pictures of the same for your inspection in different lighting conditions. If you don't see something or have questions, please use the 'Ask Seller' link above. Rather that an elongated write up, let me list numerically all the features I have identified; 1. Lamp has been professionally converted to electricity by simply drilling a 3/8 inch hole in the middle of the flame spreader. Modification did NOT destroy the flame spreader. This could easily be reversed with a few minutes work and a small non flamable plug. 2. Lamp is complete to include iron hanger assembly with an adjustable girth ring, original clear chimney, matching old full 14 inch milk glass shade and matching elongated 4 by 6 inch smoke bell. Hanger assembly is black and appears to have been re-painted at some time. This is often done to hide rust however, that does not appear to be the case in this instance. 3.
