You are bidding on an antique white marble top sconce that I purchased at an estate sale in an upscale neighborhood in the Seattle area. The top of the sconce is solid white marble, and it sits on top of an ornate gilt syroco frame that looks very french or roccoco. The piece is heavy and measures 21.5 inches long and marble to end of the gilt design measures 7 inches, and the width of the marble measures 9 inches. The marble is beveled as shown in the pictures and the detail is quite beautiful. There are to hooks in the back and another wood piece that adds strength to the piece as it hangs against the wall. When I found the sconce it was screwed into the wall, thus I recommend screwing it in with decent screws to ensure its safety. This will be shipped fedex ground with insurance.
