This is a prime example of the early Osage vests decorated with loom beadwork...This is an particularly nice one, a museum quality example. It is ex Cowan's auction. We believe that it is late 10th century. That is a ruler visible in some of the photos re measurement size. It would fit an average man. But it is too valuable to wear. Reserve is a fraction of purchase price or value. A fine example for a major collector. See photos. We accept paypal. Good luck. Obviously, that should read late 19th century. A rather strange typo.
