This is a very lovely 11" White Bisque Parian Ware Woman. It is a hard-paste unglazed porcelain made to resemble marble. The first of it's type were made in the mid 1800's by Staffordshire Potters, later produced in the U.S. by the U.S. Pottery in Benningham, Vermont. This piece was likely manufactured in the early to mid 1900's and is unmarked. A 2-1/2" taller piece marked 'Art of Union of London' is book valued at 635.00. It is in perfect condition.
