ANTIQUE RARE Perfume Bottle Richard Hudnut NY with Original Embossed StopperOffering for sale this Unique RARE Richard Hudnut Embossed perfume bottle. As you can see bottle has perfume (This will be shipped in seperate secured container as not to spill during shipping)! Stopper and bottle all original RARELY do you find the stopper still with the bottle. As you can see in pics both Bottle and stopper are embossed. I believe this was a store only bottle due to it's size and lines on side of bottle.Bottle reads: "The Richard Hudnut Perfumes, 125 Broadway (ONLY) NY" Stopper reads: Trade Hudnuting MarkCompany Background: After graduating from Princeston in the late 1800's Richard Hudnut toured France which gave him the idea of creating Perfumes for woman, he came back to NYC and began transforming his family's drug store to a famous Perfumer. It was a common tourist attraction in the early 1900's. The company was in business till 1916.Pictures say it all!
