Rare ~18th century Baroque pewter candlesticks (sold as pair only)Turned stems on three scrolled feet, drip panHeight - 13.5 inches, weight ~2.3 lbs eachMakers marks/touchmarks are visible but unidentified (see photos)Legs have some splits in the seams and dents. Both candlesticks can be separated at the joint where the stem meets the base (by design). The stems sit somewhat loosely in the bases but we have put some wax in the holes so they fit more tightly.The pattern seen on the top of one of the drip pans is a print from a candle.This style of candlestick with makers marks has gone for $1,000+ at antique auctions.Please ask questions before bidding!
