Offered is an antique James Dixon & Sons pewter tea pot that measures 7.5 inches tall by 9" long from spout to end of handle by about 6" wide from side to side at its largest point. The piece is in great used condition...I see some scratches on the surface middle area of the pot from use and from age...I also see a line dent on one middle side of the tea pot that measure just under half an inch...The other side of the tea pot shows another small half inch ding as well (pic. # 8)...I see two tiny tenth of an inch dings on the bottom underside middle of the piece...The surface of the tea pot has not been cleaned in any way, so I see some tarnish and the patina of age on the piece...Please see the pictures provided...Otherwise, I see no additional dents, dings, stains, scratches, signs of excessive use or abuse or damages of any kind on the tea pot. I see a wonderful gourd finial on the top of the piece, and I see "James Dixon and Sons Sheffield", as well as numbers on the bottom underside of the pot. No Reserve.
