This is the Pittsburgh lamp base used for a reverse painted or slag glass lamp. This base is properly signed P.L.B. & G. CO #2003 & #2051. It is free of any damage. It stands 19 1/2 inches to the top of the shade rest and 8 inches in diameter. It has a nice Hunter Green finish and I have listed a picture from a Pittsburgh catalog to verify authenticity. It has some detail and charm. Please view all the pictures. The base has 2 brass pull chain sockets with porcelain innards and are marked 250 W 250 V Pat. July, 6 1909 and a F inside of a circle.
