Beautifull clear glass bottle & stopper with a red lable that reads:CHLOROFORM ALCOHOL 0.6 to 1 per cent (skull and crossbones in upper left hand corner of label) ANTIDOTE: Horizontal position; cold water to head, and stimulants. Emetic of mustard, ABRION LEVIN, REG. PHARM HAMPDEN PHARMACY 693 STATE, COR. HANCOCK ST.. SPRINGFIELD, MASS.. Bottom of bottle has embossed dot in center. Not sure of age of bottle. No Chips or cracks (see photos).
