is an unique item out of the past. An antique device used to hold a card up your sleeve or inside your vest. Used by pokers cheats and magicians. One side marked " The Derby" the other side marked "PAT. NOV 1898" Good chrome wth minor loss on the "H". Great condition for being well over 100 years old. Clip on one end clipped to you and the card slipped over the end with the horseshoe. The way it is made it appears it was made to hold two cards. Playing card in picture is not included. This is a great item for the collector of poker, western, casino, gambling or magic memorabilia. Bring it to your neighborhood poker game and you may not get invited back.
