Hi, This is a Universal Lamp from early 1900's I believe. I see a similar reference under carbide lamps made by Universal Lamp company. Made in Springfield Illinois. Excellent Condition. NO dents, cracks or bumps! It appears quite clean - not certain if it was used. Guy's Dropper lamp for miners or spulunkers! I'll answer questions to the best of my ability. Thank-you. Quick note: Just double checking the condition - it does have a very small dip in the top of the lamp - barely noticable - it is just about opposite of the word "ON" on the very top and you can barely see this in the photos. Also, Along with this piece comes a black "BumperGrip" made of hard plastic - It fits on the very bottom of the lamp - it is circular and it has a crack in it, but I will include this in the auction as it does go with it. Thank-you!
