Antique Primitive Hand Forged Wrought Iron Pizzelle Wafer PressDescription ANTIQUE PRIMITIVE HAND FORGED WROUGHT IRON PIZZELLE WAFER PRESS This is an antique hand forged wrought iron pizzelle wafer press in original condition. It does have wear to the design area and some expected rust. It is very rustic and primitive. The end of on of the handle may have had a hook, but most of it has worn away. This piece is heavy for its size, weighing 6 lbs. The ladies back then had to be pretty strong to handle fireplace tools and accessories.
