Manual for Railroad Engineers by Geo. L. Vose Published in 1873 this book is in excellent condition for its age. There is a split on the bottom of the binding as pictured. The pages are in excellent bright condition. End papers are brown. This book is the quintessential engineering textbook for building a railroad in 1873. It contains everything from how to construct a bridge, move or go through a mountain, to engine specifications and the manner in which a railroad station should be set up and maintained. This is a fascinating book in pretty amazing condition. Please email with any questions. I have tried to include a number of pictures but it’s difficult to summarize this book of over 550 pages. The book measures 8 1/4 inches by about 6 inches by almost 1 ¾ inches. Thanks for looking. I ship within three business days of receiving payment.
