This is an antique Rembrandt floor lamp with a signed cast metal base, model No. 3, numbered 5015. The main socket under the milk glass shade is a large mogul socket that takes a large 3-way light bulb (not included) and can be switched between three brightness settings. The three arms have standard sockets (bulbs not included) that can be turned on one, two, or three at a time. The lamp is in good working condition overall. All metal parts on the lamp have some loss of gold gilding, scuffs, and typical wear. Two of the arms (the ones on each side of the switch on the front of the lamp) have a decorative ornately scrolled floral metal piece covering the arms, but the decorative piece on the back arm is broken off and missing. It is not obvious if the lamp is turned so that arm faces the back. I've included a photo of the arm with the missing piece. Also, two of the set screws that hold the milk glass shade in place have been replaced and don't match the original one. The milk glass shade is marked Corning and is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The fabric shade has some spotty stains on it and a few tiny tears on the inside and some of the stitching that is holding the trim in place is getting a little loose but should be an easy repair.
