ANTIQUE REMINGTON RAND Manual KMC Typewriter - 1947 - Keyboard Margin Control For sale is a very rare working antique Remington Rand KMC manual typewriter. The KMC featured the Keyboard Margin Control which enabled the user to change margins at a "flick of a finger". In 1947, this Remington Rand KMC was an attractive updated desktop model for the Remington Rand company. The condition of this REMINGTON RAND KMC typewriter is Very Good. The paint loss and a the faded Remington logo gives this antique typewriter the antique patina so appreciated by antique enthusiasts. That said, this typewriter will need a newribbon (current one is dried out). I have tested the functions of this typewriter and have found it to be in good working condition. This is a working Remington Rand KMC typewriter that, other than needing a new ribbon, perhaps benefiting from a careful cleaning and lubrication, is in good working condition.
