It is signed on the back of the chain hoop with the name "Robbins company". This device is made entirely of brass. The back has engraved Egyptian revival designs. The compass works accurately therefor the sundial will work as well when properly used. You will get exactly what is shown in the pictures. The diameter of the piece is 1 1/2".
