For your consideration is an art nouveau style "Atrice" Locket marked 1874, Atrice with a bee logo and the initial RBM or ABM in the interior in Excellent vintage used condition. This locket is so very pretty. It features an asian/art noveau style etched or engraved floral motif on the front of the locket almost resembling cherry blossoms. The locket is a nice sized round locket that opens from the top with a thumb cut. It has the original gold frames intact on the inside, along with the bee logo and markings. The gold itself is not marked but appears to be either rose gold filled or plated. T are some shallow dents on the back side possibly from buttons, but other than surface scratches it is in excellent condition. The locket closes with a loud snap and has the original top loop and jump ring bale. I have had this locket for several years in my collection and it is one of my favorites. It was purchased from a reputable jeweler. This wonderful locket measures 1 and 1/4 inches in diameter and will hold a good sized photo. As I said the two frames are intact and t is actually a very old photo that is bleached out in one of the frames. The locket came with this photo and I just left it inside.
