This auction is for an antique brass ship's bell in excellent condition. This bell is about 5" tall and 8" in diameter with an 8" lanyard with a turk's head. It weighs 2 lbs 7 oz. The bell is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or repairs. It has a beautiful patina and sounds great. This bell is not marked but I acquired it along with a small collection of U.S. Navy items and the owner told me it belonged to his grandfather and came off a World War One ship. This bell would make an excellent addition to any U.S. Navy or maritime collection. No reserve. Good luck and . Please see my other U.S. Navy auctions.
