ANTIQUE SET OF FOUR 1920's OAK BARLEYTWIST KITCHEN DINING CHAIRS TATTY RUSTIC This is an opportunityto bid on this set of four Oak Barleytwist Dining Chairs that I think dates back to around the 1920's. Unusually the Barleytwist Turning is not just on the front legs but continues up the back, where they meet the carved cresting rail. There is a break in the barleytwist on the back of one of the chairs that I have shown in the photographs and there is some movement in the joints - so they are being sold in tatty condition in need of a bit of tlc - however I tend to find that price looks after everything and this set is being sold in one lot with a Low Starting Price and No Reserve! I have looked all over these Chairs and I can find no trace of woodworm, or any other nasty beasts come to that. These are antique second-hand pieces of furniture and will obviously have signs of wear, so have a good look at the photos, but don't be put off!
