Offering a wonderful, tiny, 19th century, 4", oval Shaker "Harvard Band" wooden pantry / pill box with lid, in a wonderful, original patina and :Hunting Seen" painted on the lid... the box has a wonderful patina" surface and shows age appropriate wear. There is a old repair on the body, but it's all good and tight. This tiny oval pantry box is a beautiful solid example, with a single "finger" joint on the lid and box and retains the original copper tacks and wooden pegs securing the lid band and the overlapping on the box. A great "top of the stack" oval box! DIMENSIONS - 4" X 2 1/2" top, 2" high. CONDITION - THIS BEAUTIFUL TINY OVAL SHAKER "HARVARD BAND" PANTRY / PILL BOX IS IN GOOD CONDITION STRUCTURALLY - SOLID AND TIGHT WITH SOME SPLITS REPAIR,MINOR WOOD LOSS - SEE PICS FOR DETAILS - SECURED WITH ORIGINAL COPPER TACKS AND WOODEN PEGS - RETAINS WONDERFUL PATINA.
