Antique rare civil war dress skirt panel. Silk still has good structural integrity, apart from the stained and worn areas,and is still supple and passes tug and pinch tests. Rich emerald green and black plaid woven pattern. Measures 40" tall, and 19" between both original selvages. Thank you for your bids.
