I am selling my EXTREMELY RARE RARE ANTIQUE c1860's " THE SINGER MANUFACTURING CO TRADE MARK " TREADLE SEWING MACHINE OIL CLEAR GLASS BOTTLE with ORIGINAL CORK . This is an extremely rare and hard-to-find bottle , as these were usually discarded after the sewing machine oil inside was used up. The first practical sewing machine was developed by Isaac Merrit Singer in Boston in 1850. One year later Singer and Edward B. Clark formed I.M. I am selling this as is, I have not attempted to remove the original cork for further cleaning. I do not know if the cork pulls out, I imagine it would break off if tried.
