This listing is for a precious little girl who stands approximately 3 3/4" tall and is stam ped Germany on her back (really, really hard to see but is definitely there). I believe she is bisque/porcelain and has a head/neck/body that are one piece with arms and legs conn ected to the bo dy with metal pins o f some sort. Her so cks and shoes are painted on with small heels at the sho es-so cute! She wears a pink dress with a drawstring neckline (ties in the back) and under this there is antique lace with a cotton liner. Hopefully the pictures will do her justice. She is older and pre -loved and so I did find some things to note for those looking for a special doll. I will probably make her sound a lot worse than actual, however, I want to make sure that who ever receive s her is totally deli ghted. There is soiling on her and her dress . Not knowing the proper method, I did not try to clean her or her outfit. There is a possib ilit y that the very tips of her left fingers are gone. I am ba sing this on the texture/ feel and the difference in surface from the other hand. Please enlarge the close up pictures of both hands to compare. Her left leg has a small chip where the pin connects her leg to the body and even smaller chip at the top front of this leg.
