ANTIQUE SOLICITORS WOODEN WRITING DESK 1920s Width = 181 cm | Depth = 83 cm | Height = 75 cm Knee hole dimensions: Width = 56.5 cm | Height = 66 cm Here we have an authentic writing desk, which used to belong to a solicitor at the beginning of 20th century. I am not sure what kind of wood it is made of, but it is definitely 100% solid wood. The top is covered with green leatherette in very reasonable condition. It does not have any rips or holes, only a few very small darker staines are visible as shown on the photo. All drawers slide in and out with no problems. All handles are original. The desk has 8 drawers in total, four on either side. It stands on 8 small castors (wheels). For transport it comes apart into 3 pieces (2 pedestals and the top). Buyer can collect from Isleworth TW7 4DR or I can deliver it for £1 per mile from TW7 4DR (min £20) or I can send it by a courier for £75 within mainland UK or you can organise your own courier. For the best quote put this delivery on and wait for the couriers to compete for your job with lower and lower quotes.
