LARGE SOLID SILVER TEAPOT BEAUTIFULLY ORNATE LONDON MADE by the BARNARD Brothers, EDWARD, JOHN & WILLIAM BARNARD Fully hallmarked to the base. The marks are wide spread, with the maker`s mark in the centre. This large bullet shaped teapot is in superb condition, with no faults. NO DENTS -- NO SCUFFS -- NO SCRATCHES, and with a vacant ornate cartouche to both sides. It is beautifully clean inside, and would appear never to have been used. Decorated all over, both cast and engraved with scrolls and leaves. Mounted on four large cast, curved feet, and with an all silver handle. ------------------------------------ Overall height:- 203 mms. (8.0 inches). Weight:- 760.5 grams (24.45 ounces). ------------------------------------ THIS TEAPOT REALLY IS LOADS BETTER THAN CAN BE SEEN IN THE PICTURES.
