Here is an old Spanish Tile from the factory Mensaque Rodriguez in Triana Sevilla. It is a square tile, measuring 5-3/8" on each side and approx. 7/8" thick. To me, the design looks like a face or mask above (perhaps) an urn, with wings at each side. The design is in brown, green, and blue. Very colorful and the colors look very vibrant to me. The back of the tile is marked "RODRIGUEZ Y CIA., SA, TRIANA - SEVILLA". There is a place where the word "Mensaque" was but that word, and the "G" in Rodriguez, have been worn off; some of the other letters are legible but show some wear as well. This old tile has edge and corner wear. No crack or significant chips noted. I have taken a lot of large, detailed photos of this tile, including 8 photos of all edges (4 top / side edges + 4 bottom / side edges). All of the photos probably do the best job of giving you a clear idea of the tile's condition, so be sure to look at all 11 photos (you can I don't know much at all about tiles such as this but have described the tile as best I can.
