This is one of the first things I "deconstructed", I HAD to save the ruffle, the exquisite shade of yellow, cording, teensy velvet ribbon, lace, you name it! T is a "top" ruffle with all the detail and an under ruffle used as a backing but it is the same fabric with some evidence of shattering (wonderunder does a great job). The majority of the shatter is to the bottom of the top ruffle between the cording. Not much to the upper level (that is shadow in the picture behind the lace). SOOOOOOOOO many possibilities! If separated, t is the back layer, the bottom row, left whole for the larger doll. The total width is 4" and the length is 2 yards. I believe this was a remnant of a civil war era gown, I still have many of the appliques I save! I could have taken this apart for the teeny velvet ribbon alone but amd hoping someone will be able to use it as is. You won't regret buying this one. Shipping will be 3.00 in the US. International buyers PayPal please. As most of my buyers purchase in multiples, shipping is combined to save big bucks. I will be using PayPal shipping and while more expensive it does afford more protection. Most of my items are older than us and may require a tender and kind evaluation. Having sold on and off for 10 years with the bulk of the items geared toward doll dressers, quilt repair, and authentic restoration. read more
