Listing a very nice Antique STICKNEY & POORS Spice Co. Pure CR. TARTAR Wooden Store Box -6 POUNDS BULK. The box is wood, with dovetailed sides. See photos. It has it's original Paper Label on the front of the box. See photo. Two sides have the original Black STENCILING STICKNEY & POOR SPICE CO. BOSTON, MASS. FOUNDED 1815. Dates to 1890s. Lovely condition. It seems to have originally had a sliding lid. During its very long lifetime, someone stored nails in the box, hence the handwritten, in pencil, Small Roofing Nails, on the back of the box. See photo. It measures a substantial 8" by 6 1/2" by 6". The box is very nice for storing your vintage kitchen utensils. See photo. Great antique Kitchen Advertising Condiment collectible for country decorating.
