Purchased from an estate sale is this old white ironstone pedestal bowl. This is a great cereal size measuring 3 inches tall and 6 inches in diameter at the top. This is unmarked but came with a large lot of Staffordshire English white ironstone. I have several of those pieces also listed for auction this week. This is in great condition with no chips or cracks. T is some crazing, scratches and wear. The pedestal has a very small stress crack that appears to have happened during firing but nothing major. I have 4 more of these listed for auction. Rare size bowl to find in the old ironstone. Please check out my other auctions for quality vintage art pottery, majolica, stoneware, prints and primitives.
