Up for bid is this beautiful English leaded stained glass window from the early 1900's. It's 13 " X 23 1/2" with frame. The unique design features decorative bright golden amber panels of stained glass that look just like the sun's rays! Inbetween the stained glass are panels of peekaboo glass that have a ver distinctive ice chip texture. Very nice contrast! At the center bottom of the design is a triangle shaped garnet red piece of stained glass. The glass texture is smooth on this piece. The two side panels of peekaboo glass have a tiny beaded texture. Nice accents! The different glass textures really accent the stained glass design & look great in any type of light. The additional leading used to separate the different pieces of stained glass adds definition to the whole design. Some of the leading has white paint. The glass is very secure inside the frame. There are no nics, chips or cracks in any of the glass. The authentic aged condition of the frame's paint & wood makes the antique look of the window priceless!
