Visit our store: Ellis Antiques ! Offered here is a lovely sterling silver pencil made by Cross. The mechanical pencil measures 3.25" and has a fine herringbone chevron pattern engraved on the outside. It has a wide piece of lead inside that can be used by twisting the bottom of the pencil. The top has a large bail for hanging from a necklace or chatelaine or watch chain. The bottom of the pencil is stamped with STERLING MADE IN THE USA. The piece could use some polishing, but it is in very nice antique condition.
