It has a smaller seconds dial too. Fully hallmarked for Chester 1892, the makers mark looks like I.J.T.W? The movement is signed Wm. Gadsby, 46 Silver Street, LINCOLN and numbered 5190. The engraved decorative cock has the words Patent No. 3005, Safety Wheel.
