You are bidding on beautiful antique sterling silver tongs from 1845. They measure 6" long and weigh a hefty 58 grams. The tongs are fully hallmarked dating them back to 1845 by Exeter silversmith William Rawlings Sobey who made silver from 1831 - 1852. T is no monogram. Please feel free to request additional information and/or photos using the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the auction home page. Shipping by USPS Express Mail, Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Insurance in optional but highly recommended (up to $100 insurance included with Express Mail, additional insurance at USPS published rates). I will not be responsible for lost or damaged items if insurance is not purchased. A handling fee of $3 for the first auction and $1.50 for each additional auction will be added to actual shipping costs.
