Free shipping........ No Reserve..........This is a beautiful wallet // purse or vesta case ? The total weight is 85 grams with the sterling pencil . It is dated on the front 1888 1913. These dates amount to a 25 year period. If 25 is silver in weddings, then I suppose that this may have been a loving gift from husband to wife on their anniversary. This item is marked sterling with other markings. I took a photograph of that on the interior above the leather which would hold bills. The lower leather part would hold coins.... This is still a very usable item, and if you like to plan way ahead, this could mark your 25th anniversary in 5 years time. The name of the lady and her address are on a slip of paper which came with this purse. I will send it along with the purse. A more ornate cursive penmanship was used in those days and I am not 100% I would be spelling the name correctly . It has a nice long chain and lovely ornate floral and leafy engraving on the front. The back is plain and I am including a photo of that also. The weight is 75 grams and the only other thing I can add is that it shuts and opens very well. It is a tight closure and opens with a bit of extra pressure and snaps shut very well. I haven't cleaned this and the interior silver is tarnished. The leather parts can come out if you want to shine up the interior.
