Antique stoneware ginger beer bottle lot. Three bottles. Twoidentical bottles have printed labels that read "Blair's AmericanGinger Shandy, trade mark, Blair-Bottling-Works, Bangor, Me. (Maine), 12 Flu Ozs." Bottles have oval stamped marks reading "H. Kennedy, Glasgow," indicating that the bottles were made in Glasgow for the Blair Company. These two bottles are each 8 1/4 inches high. They are in good condition. The third bottle has a label that reads "Sussex Mineral Springs Ld. Sussex New Brunswick, Old English Ginger Beer, Trade Mark Registered, Munderlow & Co. Montreal." This bottle is 8 3/4 inches tall. It has a porcelain stopper. Printed on the stopper is "Sussex Mineral Springs, Sussex, N.B." This bottle has two shallow chips on the top, one extending down the side for about one inch from the top.
