Offered for auction is this wonderful Terra Cotta CLOUD DRAGON VASE. The vase stands 6 1/2" tall and has a3 1/4" diameter at the widest part. The three claw Dragon is in relief and it's body is partially covered by clouds. The clouds have a sandy rough orange peel finish. This is archived by stippling the wet clay with a pronged tool. The Dragon and clouds are beautifully done. The 2 3/8" vase opening is decorated with an indented/impressed pattern with a touch of green color. Below the rim are two parralel lines also green and the rim of the base is also green. The underside has no markings for the maker or country. Vase is in excellent condition with paint wear on the bottom rim. No chips, cracks or flea bites.
