This turn of the century dark walnut barrister lawyers bookcase features three lift up glass doors, each with a different pair of the patinated brass hardware. The high-quality craftsmanship evident in the lovely finished inset panel interior is seen throughout the piece, including: the dovetail joined gallery, which also displays scalloped edges and relief scrolls, as well as the use of mortise & tenon and tongue & groove visible in the frame construction. There is a long crack on one side, and some marks of age throughout, please consult images. This lovely bookcase measures 50" high, 38" wide, and 14 1/2" deep.
