Hi I am Steve Pfeiffer, author of the book Collecting Case Knives - Identification and Price Guide , published by Krause Publications. I have been collecting Case and other brands of antique pocket Knives since 1973. I am offering some fine collectible pocket knives for sale. This auction is for a very desirable antique "Junior Cattle" pattern pocket knife. This is a very nice example of an antique knife made in the USA by the Ulster Knife Company of Ellenville, New York. ULSTER KNIFE CO, circa 1910-1940, 3-3/8" closed length. Marked on the main blade only. This is a very nice old and rare Ulster knife in nice used condition. This knife was lightly sharpened and used. All blades have strong snap and are full with no blade loss. As the photos show the blades have light surface scratches and gray patina, and surface spots (no pitting). I believe that this knife would clean up nicely. This was most likely a military "Pilot's" knife made during the WWII era. The nice jigged "peachseed" brown bone handles have no pocket wear and no cracks or chips. Iron pins, iron liners and bolsters. The bolsters have light stains. See my other auctions in my Ebay store for more old collectible knives. 7-DAY RETURN PRIVILEGES FOR REFUND LESS SHIPPING CHARGES ANY KNIVES IN THIS AUCTION LISTED AS HAVING BONE HANDLES HAVE HANDLES MADE OF BOVINE
