PLEASE SEE DETAILED PHOTOS BELOW! This Auction is for a Beautiful Red Velvet Family Photo album filled to the brim with all sorts of portraits! 32 Cabinet, 7 Tintypes, 9 CDVs. Some Photos are identified. Portraits of Babys, Ladies in very long hair, handsome men, boys, a girl with a doll, family portrait with dog. The cabinet cards are mostly embossed on the bottoms. I looked at a few they were from the New England States. Please see a few of pictures after description. The book has foxing on pages but pictures seem fine. The Velvet is worn a bit from opening & closing, the clasp functions fine. The Binding seems very good, T is a little split on the first page but stitching is fine on remainder. Measurements: The photos are standard for the type. The Photo Album is Large: 10 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 2 1/2" The Album is heavy, almost six pounds in weight. ID's: Written on First Page:"Merry Christmas To Alto C. Davis From his Mother, Dec. 25th, 1886 " Items Guaranteed to be as described. With antiques, wear & imperfections patinas add character. If an item is not as described,damage& major flaws are noted but with vintage, used & antique items, wear is to be assumed. I will refund entire purchase price, minus shipping, once you send it back in the exactly the same shape it was sent out & only if I agree that the flaw should have been noted.
